The LT-PMC-CF is a PMC based flash storage system. The PMC
interface conforms to the rev 2.2 specification and will function in
both 64-bit and 32-bit modes running up to 66MHz. The peak transfer
rate is 533 MB/s.
Flash memory provides non-volatile data storage and is configured as a
Solid State Disk. The device can be configured to be bootable and
provides an embedded SSD solution. Striping is used to optimize
sustained performance.
Device drivers for Windows and Linux allow for easy system integration.
Combining Bus Mastering and a DMA engine delivers maximum data transfer
rates.
Error Detection and Correction protects data storage and transfers.
Wear Leveling insures that flash usage is distributed across the media.
